Centro is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our excellent team!

Boasting a four-star menu, an impressive wine & spirits list, a bold dining room and a high level of service, Centro has earned its reputation as one of the best nights out Des Moines has to offer.

The right applicant will have at least 2 years of front of house leadership experience in a full service restaurant. A positive leadership style and a guest centered approach to hospitality.

This full-time position will be responsible for running a smooth shift, scheduling staff, ordering products, inventory, ensuring a great guest experience and exceeding their expectations while handling all guest and employee relations during a shift. This position will work directly w the Operating Partner. Experience w beverage inventory or party booking a plus. Must be available nights and weekends.

Benefits available include matched 401K, health, dental & vision insurance and paid time off.
Salary $48,000 – $53,000 or DOE
