Bubba is looking for a Sous Chef to help lead their culinary team.
Bubba has become a staple in the Western Gateway dining and cocktail scene by offering chef-driven southern comfort food complemented by craft cocktails, microbrews and wines available seven days a week.
The right candidate will have high volume kitchen experience, at least 2 years in a leadership role and bring creative vision for the menu. Basic excel knowledge, inventory management and experience in controlling food and labor cost are required for this position. Bubba has an established kitchen team and is looking for someone to help continue the success.
The position pays $48,000-$52,000 based on experience. Health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off all available benefits.
