The Hilton Garden Inn in Johnston and Orchestrate Hospitality are seeking a General Manager to lead the team of our 148 guest room hotel.
We are looking for an exceptional leader with great customer service and problem solving skills. This position is charged with all aspects of the day to day operations of the hotel, including a catering department. Anticipating and monitoring guest feedback to help raise guest satisfaction scores is a key part of this position.
A great communicator, experience with budgets and labor control is needed.
At least 3 years of hotel management leadership experience is required.
