The Hilton Garden Inn in Johnston is seeking a Full Time PM Supervisor to oversee the Front Desk during PM shifts. Providing a memorable experience for all of our guests is a priority while executing all of the expected job duties are the keys to success in this position!

The Supervisor is a leadership role supporting the Assistant General Manager, assuming the role of MOD of the hotel for the evening shifts typically working 3pm-11pm during the week and on weekends. Tasks include entering group contracts & rooming lists as well as product inventory & ordering for the guest pantry area. A large role of the supervisor is to direct & support the employees, being able to recognize when assistance is needed for an overloaded employee or in resolving a guest issue at the desk or in the lobby restaurant.
The number one priority is offering outstanding service to our guests.
This position requires a professional appearance & the ability to remain calm in adverse situations.
Valid Driver license with a clean driving record is needed & a criminal history check will be completed.
Hourly pay rate is $14. Previous hotel experience is required.
